If your questionnaire form includes questions you do not want, you can delete the unwanted questions from the form.
To delete a question from a questionnaire form
1. In the Questionnaire Form Setup dialog box, select the question you want to delete.
2. Click Delete.
3. Click Yes to delete the question.
